She holds a Master’s degree in International Management from the University of Birmingham (UK) and is fluent in Arabic, English, and French, enabling her to work effectively across multicultural and international environments. She is a Certified Senior Professional Coach from Coach Transformation Academy (CTA), a program recognized by the International Coaching Federation (ICF), the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC), and the International Mentoring Center (IMC).
